Reutilizing the land with a new 2 story Tuscan style building provided space for uses such as a fitness center, Insurance Office, Custom kitchen cabinet designer, sandwich shop, and a bar. |

The new architectural design and upgrade made the obsolete 70's architecture modern and functional. |
